2. Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return or replacement only if they meet all of the following conditions:

• The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• The return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories and invoice.

Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to customer misuse, installation error, or unauthorised modification.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customised or made-to-order items (e.g. neon boards, LED signs, acrylic designs).
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or installation.
• Items without original packaging or missing components.
• Discounted or clearance sale products.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Provide order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos (if damaged or defective).
• Once approved, our support team will provide the return address and pickup instructions.
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or wrong.

5. Inspection & Approval

After we receive the returned product, it will be inspected by our quality control team. If approved, we will process a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days. If rejected (e.g., signs of use, tampering, or missing parts), the item will be sent back to the customer.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase: credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer. Please note that financial institutions may take an additional 3–5 working days to reflect the amount.

7. Replacement Policy

If you prefer replacement instead of refund, we will dispatch the replacement product after receiving and verifying the returned item. In case the same product is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be issued as per your preference.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they are not yet in production or dispatched. Custom or personalised products cannot be cancelled once the design or manufacturing process has started.
